Well, it's pretty simple. When I confirm without a doubt that an individual is sharing Paid To Use scrapbook kits without the designers permission, I will post information about it here. Now mind you...you won't get the entire email address of the individual (that's against the rules), but you'll get part of it. You'll get screen names if I have them. To me, this is no different than a store posting bad check info by their cash register where other customers can see it. And yes, I've seen stores doing this for YEARS!

okay, I have a question. These lil pissy blogs popping up here and there flaming people for supposedly stealing and piracy. My question is why don't you BITCH at those who start the chain in the beginning? When you sell a scrap kit, usually it comes with a TOU. In there, since you all bitch about it so much, there is some statement about not sharing or what have you. Have you ever stopped to think that the person who bought it from you is the person sharing it? I mean if your selling these kits to support your family, feed kids in somalia, buy a new vibrator, support a crack habit WHATEVER the reason, all I ask is you to think about it. I cant check every share and neither can you and if you do, then you spend way to much time on the computer and reality waved bye bye awhile ago. If they buy it from you and share it,that is how this starts. I have bought skrap kits from creators that are my favorites, just as many of you have. I have also downloaded shares of scraps that have come through the groups. I don't know for sure if I have down loaded something of yours or anyone elses that is not supposed to be shared, but more than likely I have. Am I sorry? NO, will I cry in my rice crispies? NO, I usually do what they tell me to anyway. It just really pisses me off that you put really good peoples names on your lil flame lists like it means something. Its not going to change anything and all this drama is simply annoying. NONE of you drama queen flamers can tell me (well you can but i wont believe you) that you hae never used or downloaded something, a kit, a tube or whatever and not given a rats ass about the tou! you have done and you know you have. I say that because I'm really find it refreshing to know that a kit creator is willing to say that it is with our help, the taggers, that your popularity has grown. we are not the sole cause of it of course, your an amazing creator and your talent is what sells your kits but we help each other is all im saying. They don't care that its being shared i dont think, its that they are not getting paid for it that pisses them off.

If you're an American, you automatically come under the purview of their Law and if you're not, but, the aggreived is an American, then, too, youare subject to their Law as a violater.
If,however, both you and the aggreived are in another Country, like, let's say Sauudi Arabia, then, you're subject totheir Law. Pray that you have not offended anyone from these lands, because the Law there consists of the Majlis where the Imam will dispense the sentence and a kaffir has no rights at all. The minimum sentence there is 200 lashes and your being a foreigner doesn't protect you. They can and will get you if your country has an Extradition agreement with them.

Can YOU the blogger (or should i say bloggers?!) honestly say that you never have copied something? Never (cassette)taped a record from a friend when you were younger, never xeroxed something for school in the library, never xeroxed something in the library or wherever because your kid needs it in school?! Copied a picture in a magazine because it looks so darn cute on your bedroom wall? Even teachers make copies of learning material for their classes and hand them out...
More so, some of you have scrapping blogs where you're trying to sell stuff and what do we see: the blog layout has been made with pictures of all kinds of artists! Where they got them: from the net! And just plcing a little C in a circle makes it alright to use this material: i don't think so! This is a virtual world of 'copy and paste' and it's just impossible to control that completely and yes, even the lay out of a shop can make or break you sales...
To be precise most of us have copied something one time or another so think about that! OK, I dont know who owns this blog but they are in big trouble and being investigated by the US DOJ. They are in violation of Federal Law "Stored Communications Act (SCA)" which makes it a federal felony to intentionally post names and e-mails of people on the web for the express purpose of harrassment. No matter if this person agrees with this or not, the US DOJ does and has found this site a violation of said law. As such this owner and Google could face fines up to and exceeding $100,000.00 per name and face possible prison terms of a minimum of 10 years as each separate day the law is in violation is a separate chargeable offense complete with fines and or prison time according to federal regulations and statutes. The owner of this blog has been turned into the US DOJ and if I were her, I would find the deepest hole I could and pull it in after me as she will soon find that she will be deeply sorry for creating this site.

I agree with Chimera, the first person, who buys the kits or other stuffs and share, this is the only one could be punish.
